MINDFULNESS FOR BRAIN HEALTH.
A three-part on-demand course with an introduction to mindfulness teachings, an overview of the neuroscience of mindfulness, and keys to start and deepen your daily practice. This evidence-based course is paired with ten additional meditations to support your learning and growth. After you digest and enjoy the material, you can even take a brief assessment to receive a Certificate of Completion.
MINDFULNESS FOR COMMUNITIES OF COLOR.
The CDC shows that access to mindfulness and meditation isn't equal: white adults are more likely to use meditation compared with Hispanic and African-American adults. Our live monthly virtual mindfulness sessions for people of color aim to offer a safe space to learn and practice mindfulness as well as a space for our teachers of color to share and build community.
MINDFULNESS FACILITATOR CERTIFICATION.
Deepen your personal practice, learn the neuroscience of mindfulness, and get certified to share science-based mindfulness through Mastermind's live online Mindfulness Facilitator Certification Program led by Dorsey Standish, MS, mindfulness psychologist Dr. Marty Lumpkin and other senior facilitators.
