The Pause That Changed Everything

Nine years ago, I hit my own breaking point. I was a high-performing engineer in the corporate world, and from the outside, things looked great. But inside, I was burned out, anxious, and disconnected.

Eventually, I had no choice but to stop.

That pause—while painful—became a turning point. It led me to begin a mindfulness practice, go back to grad school to study cognitive neuroscience, and ultimately launch Mastermind where I get to support other high achievers in building sustainable well-being.
