And now, I’m thrilled to share On Your Mind with Dorsey Standish is officially LIVE.

Why a Podcast?

If you’ve known me for a while, you know I’m always thinking about how we can use brain science and mindfulness to feel better, focus better, and live with more intention.

And after years of supporting high performers like lawyers, engineers, leaders, and caregivers, I wanted to create a space where we could talk about the real stuff. The quiet stress. The mindset shifts. The small habits that actually make a difference.

On Your Mind is where science meets real life.

Each episode features down-to-earth conversations with neuroscientists, wellness experts, coaches, and everyday people who are curious—just like you—about how to feel a little more clear, calm, and connected in the middle of a busy day.
